Phoebe
Japanese Chin/Maltese Mix
Phoebe is my 7 year old, 12lb Japanese Chin Mix born on November 24, 2011. I got her as a puppy, and have raised her up since! She is my unsocial girl, and would rather watch what is going on in the house from her crate than hang out on the couch with us. She is extremely food motivated, but could care less about pleasing anyone but herself.
Lakota
Border Collie
Lakota is my 1 year old, 41lb Border Collie born on December 13, 2017. I got him as a puppy and raised him up while attending at the Tom Rose School. He is trained in IPO III, Scent Work, Tricks, Agility, Disc Dog, Competition Obedience, Off-Leash Obedience, and so much more! We are currently in the process of receiving our Novice Trick Dog Title as well as his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification. We have plans to compete in all of the competitions listed above!
Rose
American Staffordshire Terrier Mix
Rose was my 10 year old, 35lb rescue dog, so her exact breed and age are unknown. My boyfriend, Matt, rescued her when she was 1 year old, and has given her the best life possible from then on. Since coming home from the Tom Rose School, I have worked on her reactivity issues and she is now fully off leash trained and reliable! She has since passed, but never forgotten by us and her fierceness! Gone but never forgotten, Rosie, March 3, 2009 - October 13, 2019.
Paulie
American Bulldog Mix
Paulie is my 5 year old, 75lb American Bulldog Mix. His mother was rescued off the streets of Chicago, and later gave birth to 10 puppies, Paul included. My boyfriend, Matt, worked at the rescue that she gave birth to them at, kept one for himself, and raised him since he was born. Paulie is fantastic around other dogs, but also stubborn when it comes to obedience, just like Phoebe. Paulie had horrible crate anxiety, and since I got home from the Tom Rose School, Matt and I have trained him together in the crate, and he now absolutely loves the crate! He used to bust through any and all crates due to his anxiety, and now he will willingly go in there to sleep and hangout, even while we are out running errands!
Whipper
Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Whipper is my 2 year old Boxer mix with insanely high driver for all things toys and food. She is going to be a fantastic competition dog for all sports, and I cannot wait to get started with her! We rescued her from our local Animal Control in Phoenix in October 2019 after we lost dear Rosie. She is such a great and crazy dog, and is perfect for our active lifestyle! She has already come such a long way since we rescued her with all of her obedience and self control.
Phantom
American Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Phantom is our 4 year old Pit Bull mix that has truly blossomed since we rescued him from our local animal control at the end of October of 2019. He was a very shy and scared boy that had a very difficult time coming out of his shell. Very recently he has blossomed into a crazy ball driven dog who truly thrives with us! We are so blessed and happy that we were able to rescue these 2 dogs and given them a loving, warm, safe, exciting, fun, and active home with us!
